Terracotta Garden Clock?

Bought a terracotta garden clock two years ago. Stored it for the winter and it is now dead. Rang Aldi as there is a three year warranty and they stone walled me. No receipt - no interest in helping. Who keeps receipts for two years? I did not steal the clock I just want to know where I can get a replacement motor or clock. They had absolutely no interest in helping me at all! Shame on Aldi I really thought they were a better company than this.

Buy a new clock movement from eBay. Priced at £1, they come from China, You need the longer spindle type, so search long spindle clock repair movement. Might cost up to £1.50. Just unscrew the old mechanism, screw on the new ones & fit a battery. To prevent water getting in, I bought a silicone soap-mould for 59p from eBay, & taped it over the movement on the back. Works great.
