when im driving there is white smoke comin from the exhaust when im changin gear it gets worse

couple possible reasons, one being head gasket failure allowing coolant into the cylinder and its steam you are seeing, your car has a particulate filter and its burning off (usually black though) or your turbo pressure is low due to a split pipe, hole in intercooler etc.. id get it checked at a garage though
