the 106 1.5 d does not have a pump relay.tthey have a heater plug relay on the left hand side of engine near water tank. if it wil lnot start they have a bad habit of cracking rubber diesel feed pipe were it connects to the filter housing.this lets in air and causes bad or not starting.also the heater plugs burn out one at once and they make it harder as they get down to one or two
