Hi as above all works fine except not heating water up, and cycle seems to go on forever?

Hi,
there are a couple of reasons for not heating

1)faulty relay or dry soldered joint on the pcb control unit
2) broken door wiring
3) faulty heater
You need to look at all three to bottom it
