The fan does not come off the shaft, our local service agent says the fan comes as an assembly with the motor, plastic tray and fan. Best way is to align one screw on the top of the fan then drill a 3/8 hole through the fan itself revieling the screws albeit one at a time for tightening. Top Tip, fit a shakeproof washer and a little locktite to threads then reassemble.
