It seems when i turn the breaker off and then back on my Whirlpool dishwasher blows the thermal fuse and causes the dishwasher to not drain.

I called an electrician who said all power to the unit was good...voltage was good...breaker was good...and he had no idea why it bloows the thermal fuse.

Anybody have any ideas?
