back off,motor off,remove motor brushes,Stuck brushes need freeing off worn brushes need replacing.10mm or less of black carbon means they need replacing because they are worn out

Beko washer motors have a habit of one carbon brush sticking in the holder, check the brushes on the motor... replacement set about £12.00
