Thetford access door stuck?

I cannot open the Thetford access door on the outside of my Bessarr to empty the casette.
The lock and door catch release ok but it is stuck tight.
Any idea how to open it without breaking it?

Seal was stuck tight,local dealer fixed it for me.

The button unlocks and clicks open when you press it but the door is stuck, along the top edge.
It's been stood a while.

can you press the button in after unlocking the door?.if so something has gone a miss with the door latch.
