How can I reset my alarm ?

Hi I have just changed the battery on my scant tonic 9651 and keypad 9930 but now it say lid tamper reset required and the red spanner is displayed I have input my code and it just keep saying reset required does anyone know what I need to do please thanks Dave

9651`s are often on Engineer reset for tampers.

No engineer code, no reset.
