Having tried to obtain replacement parts for my PROtm compound mitre saw I got the same reply as I got on my broken PROtm mower. Performance power Tools just inport for B&Q and hold no spares, so if it's broken just throw it away and buy new, but don't buy PROtm, I won't and will not buy electric tools from B&Q the throw away store.
