my RV 150 won't start where do i find the battery and how would i charge it. it hasn't been used for a while

your mountfield mower doesn't have a battery,
unless its a ride on mower.

its a pull start `yes`

two things would suggest a none starter

1 bad fuel, or no fuel getting too, or through carburator,

2 no spark, due to either a faulty spark plug, or faulty coil.
