hi my washing maching is stuck on spin on the display its saying spin and pause .... the doors not locked and theres no water in the drum ...... really need this sorted as a mum of 4 with so much washind :|

That's as much as you can do with it iam afraid,maybe the door interlock failed and also blew the pcb,depowering the machine overnight should of cleared the eprom.There's a few more tests to do on the machine first,but iam afraid you will have to get a pro in for that,maybe worth considering contacting beko and have the machine looked at under their fixed price scheme.

Hold down the start/pause button for 3 seconds,your version may have a separate reset button,pushing either should clear the display.
Once the display has cleared set the machine to spin only.

does it spin ?
