to faults came up on my peugeot 307 hdi 1.6 and engine managment light loss of power so i wonder wot does p1351 & po402 means and how to fix it many thanks

I had this problem error code p1351 On my Peugeot 1.6 307 H D I. It showed it's self by misfiring and loosing power after looking on the internet to find out what the code meant the results came back saying it could be either the Glow plug a or the pre-heating relay circuit or the Fuel filter at fault. So I went along to my local independent garage and asked them how much it would be to sort it. They told me it was unlikely to be that and if it was one of them 3 it would be the filter but he told me to first try putting a bottle 325ml of Wynn's Injector Cleaner into half a tank of diesel and to race the engine (keeping the revs high as you are driving it) more than to drive at a fast speed for 2 or 3 miles to see if this would sort it before doing anything else to it to witch I did. it sorted my problem out straight away and I would recommend you to try it for your self before you start spending daft money on the problem. for a 325ml bottle it only cost me £6.23. the car now runs as smooth as a baby's bum and the turbo seems to be more powerful than it ever was.

Replace the anti pollution filter and the egr valve,clear the codes and see if they reappear.

How many miles has it done and when was the last time it was serviced ??.

Basically the anti pollution filter is clogged,and needs changing,

the egr valve and a clogged filter can give you these error codes,and of course the lack of power.
