the hob is fused. but we cant get the plate to heat up. We need an instruction manual but cant get one. Is there possibly some falt thats causing the plates not to heat. There is a letter a and a p in circles at each side of the front ? what do they mean ?AUTOMATIC AND PLATE . wE REALLY NEED TO GET THIS WORKING IT LOOKS LIKE NEW HONESTLY PLEASE HELP ! sandra
I think this is an induction hob if so hotplates will not heat up unless there is a pan on them and the pan must be made of steel. if a magnet sticks to the pan it is ok to use.
