What should I do if my Delonghi ESAM 3500 keeps showing Generic alarm?

I have a DeLonghi Magnifica Automatic Coffee Express Capuccino ESAM 3500 model that presented a problem. The machine was purchased and is being used for 3 months, and yesterday, when switched on, had the generic alarm message. I read the manual on this type of alarm and proceeded to clean the machine and the infuser according to the instructions of this manual. Then the machine began to turn, give the message of heating, and after a while, it changes this message heating for generic alarm again.

Did you unplug it? My DeLonghi Magnifica, an older version of yours, stores data while plugged in. I do not usually need to unplug it, But worth a try, As you have followed all instructions regarding the error code, if still give it, I would suggest as only 3 months old, under warranty, so return it faulty, Do not try to take it apart, as that would invalidate the warranty. Let them sort it out, thats what you pay the warranty money for. NO it is not a free warranty, You pay for it in the price of the unit.
