Did you unplug it? My DeLonghi Magnifica, an older version of yours, stores data while plugged in. I do not usually need to unplug it, But worth a try, As you have followed all instructions regarding the error code, if still give it, I would suggest as only 3 months old, under warranty, so return it faulty, Do not try to take it apart, as that would invalidate the warranty. Let them sort it out, thats what you pay the warranty money for. NO it is not a free warranty, You pay for it in the price of the unit.
