Flavel Finesse 100 Grill Won't Work?

I have a Flavel Finesse 100 Range Oven & the grill has stopped working, any ideas on what I could try to repair it, is it as simple as just a new element?

could be.you need a multimeter to attach to the element terminals and read the resistance across the elements to test them
