How can I fix my Kelvinator 380 fridge?

The thermostat is on 'warmer' but ice still forms at the back of the fridge.
Seal perhaps?

More likely to be wet insulation inside wall of cabinet. Where patch of insulation is wet you will get a lump of ice. Quite common on this model. Old fridge, expensive to get insulation removed and refilled. Put up with it, pay for the repair or replace the fridge with a newer one.
