can you tell us the make and model no of your machine,
this info helps,
also can you determine at which point of the machines cycle it refuses to advance.
Is the machine draining the water from the drum?
Can you select spin only ?,
Is there any error codes, or flashing LEDs ?,
We need more info from you here,.
On most occasions its user error,not a actual problem with the machine.
