I have a Stove Panache 550S1D cooker. I cleaned the grill over the cooler fan with a tooth brush because it was bunged up with muck. I think the toothbrush did touch the fan and it moved round. Now the fan does not work at all. Is it safe to use the grill. I have had the oven on for a couple of hours and it worked fine.
