has anyone else had a problem with this model.as ours is only 3 years old and it has been a nightmare for the past 6 months.it keeps defrosting itself and the fridge warms up[almost like it has been switched off but the lights stay on] HELP! i love his fridge/freezer but i cant keep having to throw away all my frozen food every other month. what is wrong with it!
