How can i fix my Beko wm6355w washing machine,it will not spin loaded?

How long should the drive motor brushes be before they need replacing?The washing machine is a Beko wm6355w.It will not spin with damp clothes in but it will spin if empty!!

it sounds as though the module is sensing the drum is out of balance which can happen with small loads, fill up the drum with clothes , items filled seperately to prevent lumping and set for rinse and spin , if it spins ok which it should that will confirm my answer
