fault after jump start?

Just jumped started my renault scenic 2005 from spare battery got it going now electric windows wont go down or up fully automatic by switch have to do it bit by bit switch any ideas

Renault windows need re-setting in sequence. Open all the windows then close the right rear, left rear, passenger side and then drivers side. They will close bit by bit at first and sometimes you need to do it twice. Once the windows have "memorised" the closed position they will work properly (at least for a while :)

Should not have anything at all to do with jump start.

the windows work, by pressure to move them, in auto, so if anything in way, they stop. However, I would think low voltage would give the same.
SO why did you need to jump start. Battery flat. WHY
Is your alternator working correctly, charging battery. If not, not enough voltage for windows, and eventually not enough to keep car running, will just die.
