Are grill and oven cooker hinges interchangeable?

I have a Hotpoint BD31 electric oven. The hinges on the lower oven door appear to have worn out as the bottom of the door is catching when fully opened. Will the hinges on the grill door replace these hinges as they are fine.

Unfortunately not interchangeable bottom door is much heavier so has stronger springs.
