the arrow light stays on?

when i put the power on it lights the temp led and then an arrow it doesnt power on fully no water comes

As you have not put Make model etc, all I can suggest is check the water inlet valve on the back, they have a filter fitted inside, if blocked no water. or could be faulty valve
