I fix these machines for a living as a indenpendent service rep.
The most common no power on a 4250 is a blown thermal fuse, which requires the thermal fuse and temperature control board replacement.
what occurs the temp sensor fails and calls for too much heat, and the thermal fuse opens to prevent machine damage.
the thermal fuse and temperature sensor are on a mount thats removed by opening rear drop down cover, remove the idler bar for the lower roll of film its spring loaded push left or right, then remove the 2 screws that are under that bar.
replace both the sensor board and the thermal fuse if your using parts from a scrap machine.
the parts will be spring loaded, hold them down, get someone to help put the screws. it requires you to be on both front and back of machine at same time.
