hotpoint tdc32 condensor dryer?

my condensor dryer on gets slightly warm so i took the thermostates out and had them tested and they are all good,it dosnt get nice and hot as it should,any ideas please

Check low heat button on facia not accidently pressed. If not probably one coil of heater faulty.
