Challenge is Argos own brand. When they sell a product they have to provide spares for up to 6 years. There are 2 websites you can use to get spares for these. Www.argosspares.co.uk tel 08445570320. Also easyspares.co.uk tel 017333362413.
I also have a JP -5600 and haven't been able to get filter. I have contacted Argos head office tel 01908 690333 ask for customer service. Explain issue and they will give you a reference number and go back to store.
