my epsonsx200 has got error light and red lights where the ink is ive changed the cartridges no joy still lights on ive tried everything help plz

iam using epson stylus c42plus its going through allthe stages it would for printing but does not print any ink .new ink in cleaned heads and nozzles nothing any clues before it goes in bin thanks john
