Husky Riding Lawn Mower LT 4200 twin blade?

My Husky is a 16.5 hp I have the model and serial numbers. Do you know of a repair shop in Morristown, TN 37814. I do not have the necessary tools. The belt slipped off twice, the 3rd time it broke, and it bent one of the keepers that keeps the belt on the pully. IT needs adjusting and needs new blades.
