i have just had a new radiator fitted on my citroen c3 and although the warning light comes on and beeps it every so often its all working okay i got told it has to be reset if so can i do this myself and how?

thank you.... I had a crack in my radiator and had a new one fitted and although the radiator is working fine the heating system warning light comes on and off and beeps every now and then someone told me that it just needs resetting?

Not too sure what you are on about, Could be it need to be reset in the ECU, for which you will need to get an obd reader, If you go to dealers, probable charge you £50 plus to reset. Get a reader from ebay, use with laptop, very cheap, Or if no laptop, Unless you have very long lead to reach from desktop to car, you will need a dedicated unit, about £50 halford etc, or might get cheaper ebay, but then you have it for other times, or sell it on. still cheaper than the stealers
