I have a 2005 renault megane cariolet & rear off side window is stuck open?

rear off side window is stuck open and as car is older than 7 yrs, Renault will not contribute - have had quote of 470 GBP. I can hear the motor noise, so am thinking it is the Regulator. Any suggestions to resolve or for purchasing of parts? Thanks
