the belt keeps coming off?

the belt in the back of the washer keeps coming off when the machine is in use i have replaced it but to no avail. what is the problem. indesit WI101

gillian see if theres any up & dowm movement on the drum by lifting it up and down if there is the bearings have gone and this is why
