Only the top element seems to be working, where is the other element and how easy is it to fit?

There will be a circular fan element behind the backpanel inside the oven. Easy to fit :- Isolate oven from electrical supply, easiest to remove the door to get better access, remove the 4 screws holding the back wall of the inside of the oven and remove panel. You will see circular element held with 3 screws.
