Need REPAIR Manual for Craftsman 18"/40cc model # 358.351810?

The Throttle Lockout and Throttle Trigger get stuck (in the full throttle position).

With the Cylinder Cover off, I verified that the Throttle Linkage (Throttle Wire, part # 530057909) is not bent and is not binding.

If I remove the Throttle Linkage, the Throttle Trigger still binds and gets stuck so I know that’s where the problem is.

I would like to replace the Throttle Trigger and Lockout (part # 530071888), but can’t figure out how to get the handle apart (if it comes apart at all).

The handle and Chassis (part # 545028306) are an all-in-one molded plastic design with a left-right split half design, but it looks like the two halves are heat sealed/welded together. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
