vauxhall vivaro 2.5 had timing belt replaced but incorrectly, has been rect?

has been sorted now but sluggish between 1000r and 2500r then takes off, then flat at 3500r also seems to be using more fuel and smoking if pull away hard.

Was it ok before you had the belt done. If its been run with the timing out there might be something bent.
