My 1990 Eunos battery keeps draining?

Can anyone help. my 1990 eunos roadster keeps draining its battery, the fan belt is tight and whilst the battery is charged it runs with no problems, slowly but surely the electrics start to fail whilst driving and the car conks out. We have jumped started it quite a few times and it will run for a little while but then conks out again. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong please?

The alternator may have some problem and may need to be replaced.

There may be a short somewhere. Check that all whiring are intact and replace damaged whires.

The battery may need to be replaced, if it's the original one, after over 20 years, it's well past it's expected life.
