Need model no engraved in top of stainless steel door really. But most Bosch dishwashers the heater assembly needs complete strip down of machine to reach it not a diy project. You can see it by removing the right side panel but it wont come out from there. Problem could be same answer as i gave for question above yours (Neff itegrated dishwasher). Also could be faulty control unit not turning it on.
