I have the above tumbledryer and last week the belt snapped. We bought a genuine part to replace it and it worked for all of about an hour, then the belt snapped again. Thinking now that there must be something else wrong for the belt to snap straight away. Any clues please ? Thanks

Assuming you've got the right size belt-Spindle bearing must be siezed. Without a belt the drum should rotate free and easy. Check it
