honda/alpine satnav cleaning lens did not work?

hi i took my sat nav apart by following instructions on screen, realy good clean put back together still shows disc is reading error,is there any other things that need to be cleaned or done to make it read the disc.

hold the menu and down arrow this should enter a setup menu press next a few times then goto test unit clear backup then force update
