How do I repair my Bissell carpet washer b/c it doesn't spray water?
How do I fix my Bissell carpet shampooer if it won't spray water? As far as I can tell the white (square) area that should be depressed by the trigger when the unit is assembled doesn't go down. I can't go any further to fix it myself unless I know that I can get it to go back together again. Thanks!
