i have bought a used suffolkpunch 35s when you pull the self drive lever,the mower doesnot travel forward on its own,but needs to be pushed by the user,it is easier to push then,than pushing when the lever is in the out position,is this normal or is the clutch slipping?if so how hard is it to replace the clutch,help please.
