My mw511 suddenly stopped and all the lights came on but wouldn't turn off so I had to unplug the pains power supply. Now when I reconnect the mains power supply and press the 'power' button nothing happens. Can someone please resolve this problem?

Yes, your local service company. We can't see from here what is happening or do tests to find out what is wrong.
