How do i repair my rear centre seat belt, on a mondeo 2001 new shape?

How can i repair my rear centre seatbelt which is stuck solid and i cant see a way to get into it,even if i did get into it i wouldn't know what to do. Thanks James

just had identical problem.lean the seat forward then slam it shut,make take a few goes but it sorted mine out
