beko washing machine wm5120s made a clicking noise on spin when spin is disengaged no noise put on synthetics wash. machine stoped half way through with water in drum so i cleared filter out hard water grey muck came out put filter back in turned machine on water filled up to the level then nothing now i can only get the drain cycle to drain water the drum will not move if i leave it on spin cycle every few minutes drain will start then nothing please help ?
with no motor action first check the motor by removing it and see if the carbon brushes are worn if they are not worn down to to about quarter inch and they click when the armature is spun round the motor is damaged
