It will be rattling if the chain needs to be replaced and to replace the chain and the tensioner is around 4.5 hours plus the parts, so the cost will depend on where you have the job done? a main dealer will be charging £80+++ per hour but a reputable non dealer the cost will be less, same goes for the parts
