toyota avensis 2005 2.2 deisel where is the cut off feul switch?
the injector popped out got them re conditioned the car wont start brought it to 2 macanichs both said the engine is ok the feul is getting up to the injectors ok ,brought it to toyota they put it on the machine and said every thing is ok but still wont start
