My dryer heats up hot, but clothes does not dry after 80 mins. Kenmore?

What can I check to solve this problem?
Kenmore Ultra Fabric Care. I will check outside vent air attachment, to see if the flap opens when in use. The clothes get hot but not dry.
What else can cause clothes not drying?

have you check lint filters,sometimes appear clean but if you run water thru them may find still dirty
