how can I fix Tricity Sovereign Electric Cooker?

Hi. this is the model with the Halogen and ceramic hob and double oven. It is working on and off. I think the cooling fan device has operated but it is still difficult to get the visual display of the Clock and also to regulate the temperatures.

Has anyone else had this problem and solved it? How?
I notice that the filter is missing from underside. Could anyone tell me where to get one? Ta

if memory serves me correctly this oven has an unusual fan cooling motor which is prob faulty as ck says, its located at the top front corner at the top of a duct that runs up from the floor inside the right hand side panel. if this fails there is a thermal overload that open circuits and breaks the supply to oven. if it only needs cleaning around fan blades and runs again you could use some extractor filter down at the bottom of the duct on re assembly

its usually the fact the cooling fan isn't working that causes them to be intermittent!
