i would estimate that narrows the list of boilers specific to you to approximately one of 40 possible models
each boiler with its own specific mode of operation
if we are lucky it might even have a display or fault indicator lights of some description that may be trying to relay us some important information as to the possible cause of boiler not working
this forum only works if the person asking the initial request for help can provide as much information as possible
then the person attempting to answer that question can use the available information to narrow down the list of possibilities
in the absence of actually standing in front of the boiler and just looking at what it is trying to do or not do i am wholly reliant on yourself for useful information in order to formulate some sort of diagnosis
