Hi bought a new whirlpool AWOE 8748 washing machine and i am just wondering how come the PUMP was not installed in this washing machine just left sitting in the drum ???????????? Destroyed my kithcen because there was no maual or nothing to tell us this had to be installed. We taught it was belonging to another machine. VERY VERY disappointed with my purchase very BAD service will not be BUYING any more Whirlpool Products .

Go back to the shop you bought it from and complain to them. Tell them you want compensation for the damage. Bit over the top to rubbish Whirlpool product because of this one episode which is more the fault of the sales staff for selling an appliance in that condition and the person who actually installed it and found the pump and was stupid enough to run the machine without checking if the pump belonged in that machine.
